INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside of France) are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes and other fees as outlined by the local customs authority.

We are unable to provide you with an estimate of what these may be, if any. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for estimated fees and rates on packages from abroad.

PRE-ORDERS

For all pre-orders, please note that the "ship by" date is a guide only , and items may ship before or after this date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your entire order when the final item arrives. If you would like to receive the in-stock items first, please place your order under the separate orders section.

Note: We are not responsible for packages that go missing after delivery. Once your package has been declared delivered, we are no longer responsible.
