Narely's headquarters are located in the Gard region. Every order is shipped from the South of France.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A PICKUP POINT?

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer delivery to a collection point.

What happens if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a delivery notice informing you of their visit. This notice will indicate where you can pick up your package.

Please note that the delivery attempt is beyond our control. If you encounter any problems, please contact us so we can best assist you. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Narely items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer you a credit note, a refund, or an exchange.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Watches must not have been resized.


All items marked " FINAL SALE" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed defective.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for orders placed outside of France.

Once the return has been confirmed by us, please return your purchase within 14 days (domestic orders) and 30 days (international orders) from the delivery date.

Returns received in poor condition or lost during shipping (please ensure you obtain a tracking number from the carrier) will not be accepted and the responsibility will fall on the customer.

Once the returned products arrive at our studio, we will inspect your order and process your return request within 2 business days.

How long do I have to return an item?

Once the return has been confirmed by us, please return your purchase within 14 days (domestic orders) and 30 days (international orders) from the shipping date.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free exchanges; we only cover the cost of the exchanged item.

Rich, warm, and softly luminous – our signature gold finish. Designed to make a subtle statement, each piece is plated onto high-quality stainless steel for lasting wear.

NARELY 14K GOLD PLATING

A cooler, more muted glow – refined, disc-like, and effortlessly portable. Crafted on our premium stainless steel base, it offers the same durability and longevity as our 18-karat range.

STERLING SILVER NARELY

Elegant and durable. Our silver styles are crafted from premium stainless steel for a timeless, mirror-like shine that resists tarnishing.

TWO-TONE NARELY

A balance between contrast and harmony. Each piece is finished with 18k gold details on polished stainless steel adding dimension to classic silhouettes.

What is the difference between 14k gold and 18k gold ?

No, both finishes are the same price. We deliberately opted for consistent pricing across our entire range, so you can choose the shade you like without compromise.

Although a difference may seem obvious, the manufacturing process for 14-karat and 18-karat gold plating is fundamentally the same, and the cost difference has no impact on the final price. When designing our collection, it was essential for us that each variation of the same model whether plated in 14K or 18K gold, in stainless steel, or paired with different leather straps be offered at a consistent price.

This approach allows you to choose the finish you like best, based on your style, for a simple and user-friendly experience. We believe it's important to give you the freedom to choose what you truly love, without hesitation.

Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Narely jewelry is hypoallergenic and made from premium stainless steel, chosen for its durability and skin compatibility.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR PIECES

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To preserve their shine, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing them.
Store them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and avoid any contact with water or harsh chemicals.

Can I swim or shower with my jewelry or watch on?

The nature of gold and silver plating requires special attention when wearing gold- or silver-plated jewelry. It is important to remember that all metals are subject to natural wear and tear and will eventually oxidize, tarnish, or require specialized maintenance during their lifespan.

At Narely, we recommend removing your jewelry when you play sports, wash your hands, shower, swim, or do any activity involving moisture.

Are your jewelry pieces guaranteed?

Unfortunately, we do not offer guarantees on our jewelry; however, if you experience a manufacturing problem with your Narely item(s), you can contact us so that we can find the best solution for you.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

For all pre-orders, please note that the shipping date indicated is an estimate only. Items may be shipped before or after this date, depending on when the products are received at our warehouse.

What does "pre-order" mean?

When an item is available for "pre-order", it means that it is not currently in stock but will be restocked soon.

Pre-ordering allows you to pay for the product before it goes on sale. This ensures you receive it as soon as it's back in the warehouse, even before it's listed online.

Pre-ordered items are generally in high demand and can sell out quickly. We therefore recommend pre-ordering, as they are likely to be out of stock before being replenished.

How can I tell if an item is available for pre-order?

If an item is available for pre-order, this will be indicated on its product page as well as on the button allowing you to add it to the cart.

How can I know when a pre-ordered item should arrive?

We indicate the estimated shipping date in the product description for pre-orders. Please note that this is an estimate and the item may be shipped before or after this date.

I ordered one pre-order item and one in-stock item. Will they be shipped separately?

If you are purchasing an item that is both on pre-order and in stock, we suggest you place separate orders.

If you order both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

Do you offer gift cards?

Narely offers digital gift cards, simplifying the art of gift-giving for the woman who already has everything.

Digital gift cards are sent within 30 minutes to the email address used during checkout. If you would like the gift card sent directly to the recipient, we recommend providing their email address when placing your order. You can choose your desired amount on our "Digital Gift Cards" product page, ranging from €25 to €400.

Our digital gift cards have no expiry date and no additional processing fees. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
